Course Description
The Building Planning & Scheduling Combo Program (MSP + Primavera P6) is an industry-oriented training course that provides complete planning and project controls expertise for building construction projects.
The first month focuses on Microsoft Project (MSP), where learners develop a strong foundation in construction planning, scheduling, critical path analysis, resource management, baseline creation, and project monitoring. The second month focuses on Primavera P6, enabling participants to manage large-scale and complex building projects using advanced scheduling and project control techniques.
The course emphasizes practical implementation through residential, commercial, and high-rise building project case studies. Upon completion, learners will be capable of independently creating, managing, monitoring, and controlling construction schedules using both MSP and Primavera P6.
