Course Description
The Primavera P6 for Building Construction Certification Program is an industry-oriented training course focused on project planning and controls for building projects. The program equips learners with the skills required to plan, schedule, monitor, and control residential, commercial, institutional, and high-rise construction projects using Primavera P6.
Participants will learn how to create project schedules, develop WBS structures, establish activity relationships, perform critical path analysis, allocate resources, create baselines, track progress, and generate project reports.
