Course Description
The Primavera P6 for Metro & Infrastructure Projects Certification Program is an industry-focused training course designed to develop expertise in planning and project controls for large-scale infrastructure projects. The program equips learners with the skills required to manage metro rail, highways, bridges, tunnels, airports, railway, and urban infrastructure projects using Primavera P6.
Participants will learn how to create and manage project schedules, develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), establish project baselines, allocate resources, monitor project progress, perform delay analysis, and generate project control reports. The course emphasizes real-world infrastructure planning practices and provides practical exposure to project scheduling workflows used by contractors, consultants, EPC companies, and government agencies.
Upon completion, learners will be able to independently develop, monitor, and control infrastructure project schedules and support planning and project control functions.
