Course Description
The Primavera P6 for Industrial & Shutdown Projects Certification Program is a practical industry-focused training course designed to develop expertise in project planning and controls for industrial, refinery, petrochemical, power plant, manufacturing, and shutdown environments.
Participants will learn how to create and manage project schedules, develop work breakdown structures, establish project baselines, allocate resources, monitor progress, perform delay analysis, and generate management reports using Primavera P6. Special emphasis is placed on shutdown and turnaround planning, where effective scheduling and resource coordination are critical to project success.
By the end of the program, learners will be able to independently develop, monitor, and control industrial project schedules while supporting project controls and planning functions in EPC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Industrial sectors.
