Course Description
The Tekla Structures Professional Certification Program is a comprehensive industry-oriented training course focused on Building Information Modeling (BIM) for structural engineering and construction projects. The program equips learners with the skills required to model, detail, coordinate, and document steel and reinforced concrete structures using Tekla Structures.
Participants will learn the complete workflow of structural BIM modeling, including project setup, grid creation, steel and concrete modeling, connection design, reinforcement detailing, drawing generation, quantity extraction, and project documentation. The curriculum is designed around practical industry applications used in commercial buildings, industrial plants, warehouses, high-rise structures, bridges, and infrastructure projects.
By the end of the program, learners will be able to independently develop detailed structural models and fabrication drawings that meet industry standards for construction and manufacturing.
